Matt Dages
President & Founder

Matt Dages is a service-oriented leader and fiduciary advisor with a purpose-driven passion for helping others. A man of faith, he believes there is always a path forward and is dedicated to helping his clients find their path to freedom. Matt grew up watching his family serve their community in the financial services sector. Being incredibly purpose-driven, he knew that he wanted his life to impact those around him in a positive and lasting way.

Matt was mentored by Dave Mortach, President of Mortach Financial, one of the largest independent financial services firms in the country. Dave instilled in Matt the importance of giving back to others, especially through charity, and helped raise millions of dollars for The Travis Mills Foundation. Matt rose to Vice President of Sales at Mortach Financial before leaving to start Bright Wealth Management, now one of the fastest-growing Independent Fiduciary Advisory Firms in Arizona.

Matt prioritizes clients over profit, giving people in his community the tools they need to live their dreams and leave a legacy they can be proud of. Focusing on teaching financial literacy, Matt is passionate about building plans tailored to the individual rather than a one-size-fits-all strategy. He possesses forward-thinking financial philosophies and understands the ever-changing industry, enabling him to lead with innovation to help his clients on a path to freedom and independence.

Matt is a family man with traditional values, determined to make an impact in his community. He contributes to various causes designed to help empower people and improve their lives and has continued his partnership with The Travis Mills Foundation, supporting veterans and their families. Because one man believed in Matt enough to lead him in this industry, Matt can now give back to his community fiercely. He has incorporated humanity into a cold industry because he cares about people, their lives, and their futures.

Anthony Dages
Director of Operations

Anthony Dages serves as the Director of Operations at Bright Wealth Management, where he plays a key role in leading the firm’s internal systems, team efficiency, and operational strategy. His focus is on delivering a seamless client experience and supporting the continued growth and scalability of the firm.

Anthony earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance 2020. He went on to complete his Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Finance from the University of San Diego in 2024, further strengthening his expertise in business strategy and financial systems.

Prior to joining Bright Wealth Management, Anthony built a solid foundation in the financial services industry through several years at JPMorgan Chase, where he developed deep experience in both advisory service and banking operations.

Known for his professionalism, leadership, and dedication to service, Anthony is passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of clients and in the community. He brings both a sharp analytical mind and a heart for helping others to every role he takes on.

Lynnette Penoyer
Director of Client Services

Lynnette Penoyer brings a compassionate, client-first approach to her role as Director of Client Services at Bright Wealth Management. With a passion for anticipating client needs, streamlining processes, and enhancing every touchpoint of the client experience, she plays a pivotal role in ensuring clients feel supported, informed, and empowered throughout their financial journey.

Lynnette’s early life experiences—growing up with a single, disabled mother—instilled in her a deep understanding of how financial hardship can impact individuals and families. These formative years shaped her belief in the power of financial literacy, intentional planning, and advocacy for those navigating complex financial decisions. Her personal story fuels her dedication to helping others gain financial clarity and confidence.

Professionally, Lynnette has held a range of Executive Support roles across multiple industries, consistently progressing in leadership and responsibility. She also served as a Financial Analyst for a global pharmaceutical company, drawing upon her analytical skills and financial expertise. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Roosevelt University in Chicago.

Originally from the Chicago area, Lynnette relocated to Phoenix in 2018. Outside of work, she is an avid animal lover who enjoys spending time outdoors and participating in animal rescue events.
